Acute Partial Hospitalization services provide medical supervision, nursing services, structured therapeutic activities and intensive psychotherapy (individual, family and/or group) to people who are experiencing a period of such acute distress that their ability to cope with normal life circumstances is severely impaired.
Targeted Case Management is a service that provides information, referral, and resource coordination for individuals and/or their family or other supports.
Intensive Outpatient Psychiatric (IOP) Services are defined as treatment provided in the home or community to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance up to the age twenty-one (21) for family stabilization.
Community Support Services provide an array of support services delivered by the community-based, mobile Community Support Specialists.
Psychiatric/Physician Services are services of a medical nature provided by medically trained personnel to address medical conditions related to the person’s mental illness or emotional disturbance.
Emergency/Crisis Response, or Mobile Crisis Response, is a service which allows for the assessment of and intervention in a mental health crisis.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services consists of a network of services designed to support and restore community functioning and well-being of adults with a serious and persistent mental illness.
Peer Support Services are an evidence-based mental health model of care provided by a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS).
