Programs of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)

Programs of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is an individual-centered, recovery-oriented mental health service delivery model for facilitating community living, psychological rehabilitation and recovery for persons who have the most severe and persistent mental illnesses, have severe symptoms and impairments, and have not benefited from traditional outpatient programs.  Services are provided 24-hours per day, 7-days a week.
